Good day to all!
I'm SO excited! Today begins our new term at For Your Inspiration, and we've got a couple new things going on. First of all, I'm finally caught up enough to be able to participate in these challenges. Before, I was just posting my designers' projects, but now I'm participating. Yay! Next, there are two new designers joining us for the next six months. I'm sure you're going to love their projects. They're amazingly talented and we're happy to have them joining the group. And finally, and probably the biggest news, the first challenge of each month is going to be a sponsored challenge. Yep, we've got some rockin sponsors who are being very gracious in providing some awesome prizes. So, without further delay, I would like to introduce you to our first sponsor.

Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is a Christian clear stamp and digi stamp company offering a wide variety of hand drawn designs and sentiments, perfect for any stamper or scrapbooker. Our images are from the hart and we they will inspire you to create beautiful projects from your heart. Check us out at:
www.http://sweetnsassystamps.com. The wonderful group over at Sweet & Sassy Stamps has generously offered a $10 credit to one lucky participant. Some of the girls were lucky enough to get to use some of their wonderful digi images as well.
And now, here is this weeks inspiration photo. For this weeks challenge, click

Isn't it gorgeous?! I've never been to see the Eiffel Tower in person, but hope I get to, someday. Here is the card I created based on the inspiration photo.
I used my distress inks to mimic the evening sky, and then stamped over it with my French script background stamp, spritzed with water. I'm loving the effect. I printed one of the beautiful butterflies from the New Creature digi set and colored it with my Copics. I then cut it out and popped it up for more dimension. As an added touch, I punched a piece of kraft cardstock with my Fleur de Lis border punch to incorporate more of the French feel to my card. I adore how this turned out! I've also included the following challenges:
Annabelle Stamps #41 - Sketch (I turned it on its side)
Speedy The Cats Friends Challenge #70 - Use lace
So, are you inspired?? I sure hope you head over to the FYI blog to see what my Lovely Lotus designers have created for you and also to see who my two new designers are. They are outstanding, and I couldn't be more blessed to have such an amazing group of ladies on my team. Maybe you'll get to play along as well!
Have a wonderful day!
Hugs!
