Christmas Card Challenge Week #34

Hi ya'll!

I hope you're having a good weekend.  Mine has flown by, and I haven't really accomplished much. lol  It's all good though.  I got to spend some time with someone special, which made my weekend. :)

Sunday brings us another CCC!!  This week the challenge is Plaid.  For this weeks challenge, click HERE.

Most of you know that I don't normally go for the traditional red and green Christmas color combo, but I'm kinda diggin it, due to the plaid paper I had in my stash.  I used this weeks Sweet Stop sketch (#118) and like how it turned out.

I do hope you'll head over to the CCC blog to see what the other designers have created for you today.  I'm pretty sure you know by now that they're all fantastic. :)

That's all for me today as I am headed to clean the pool, and get ready for a bbq.  Hope you have a great day!
Hugs!

Steph, I too, am not a big red and green christmas color combo person. But, I really do LOVE your card! I like how you gave the plaid some visual interest by dry embossing some snowflakes in the paper. I think it adds a special touch. Also, I really like how the tree stamp is just a partial tree. I really like how the linen thread adds a little rustic charm to the crochet trim. Your card is simply beautiful! BEAUTIFUL!
