CASE-ing Christmas Challenge #28

Greetings!

How's your week going?  Mine is crazy, after being gone for four days last week, but it's worth it.  Our trip to Dallas was very educational, exciting, and fun.  Three college visits down, two more to go.  Today is Wednesday, so I can see the weekend light at the end of the tunnel approaching.  I am going to be a total bum, and do as little as possible.  I need to catch up on some much needed rest.  I hope your weekend will include lots of fun, and hopefully some crafting. :-)

The next CASE-ing Christmas challenge is posted, and there are a couple of changes.  We have new design team members, and we are now a monthly challenge blog, with posts going live on the 5th of each month.  There is also a monthly prize to be won.  Who doesn't like prizes, right?  To kick things off, this month's CASE card just happens to be one of mine.  Here is the original.

And here is my CASE'd card.

I stuck to the design, but changed up the colors and elements.  I love this new to me stitched hearts border die.  I was happy I got to use it, finally.  I switched out the pearl for a jingle bell, and embossed the sentiment, and called it done.  It's a pretty simple card, and it's fairly flat, so it will mail nicely.  I'm excited to have another Christmas card ready to send at the end of the year.  I'm going to enter this for the following challenges.

Christmas Cards All Year Round: Snowflakes
Crazy 4 Challenges #297: Include the word Happy on your project.
Papertake Weekly:  Anything Goes
Simon's Wednesday Challenge: Tie It Up

I hope you'll head over to the CASE-ing Christmas blog to see what fabulous inspiration is posted for you.  I also look forward to seeing how you interpret my original card.  Can't wait to see them all, and visit your blogs!

Have a wonderful day!

Friends

Howdy!

It's hot out today, so my daughter and her BFF are at the pool.  I chose to stay indoors to catch up on some chores, and make some stuff. It's going be in the 90's tomorrow, so we'll all probably hit the pool to cool off.  I'm hoping to work on my tan. lol

Here is a card I made this morning.

I love any shade of blue or purple with yellow, so this card makes me super happy.  I mixed some embossing paste with some MFT Lavender Fields ink, for the damask background.  I will definitely do this again.  It's so pretty, and adds a lot of texture.  I really need to use my stencils more too.  I'm going to send this to a dear friend, whom I love quite a lot.  Hope she likes it.  I was happy to combine the following challenges in my card today.

MFT Color Challenge #25:  Limelight, Peach Bellini, Daffodil & Lavender Fields
Mojo Monday #405:  Sketch
Papertake Weekly:  Anything Goes
Runway Inspired Challenge #87: Holly Fulton  (I was inspired by the lavender, and beautiful lace blouse in the photo)
CAS-ual Chic Challenge #1:  Embossing (I used embossing paste, and dry embossing)
Just Us Girls #301:  Gold

I'm off to find something to make for dinner, then see about making more stuff.  I hope ya'll have a great afternoon!

Hugs!

XOXO

Greetings!

How's your weekend going, so far?  Ours has been nice, and relaxing.  My daughter was very sweet, and woke up early this morning, to cook me breakfast.  She said that even though I'm physically her mom, I'm her mom and dad in most ways, so she wanted to do something nice for me on Father's Day.  What a sweet girl I have!  Our movie theater marathon was fantastic yesterday, although, I don't think we'll do that often.  By the middle of the third movie, we were kind of tired of sitting in the same chairs.  They're comfortable, but you know. lol

I feel like I'm on a crafty roll this weekend.  I have another card.  Three days in a row is almost unheard of for me these days.  Here is the next card I have to share with you.

I have these gorgeous MFT Cover Ups sitting in my stash, and I had been wanting to use them.  So, I decided last night was time to do just that.  I love how this turned out, and again, decided that less is more.  For a bit of added interest, I touched up the petals of my flower with my clear Wink of Stella pen.  It's so pretty in real life.  I can't wait to send this to my friend.  I know she'll love it.  I'm going to submit this for the following challenges.

Papertake Weekly: Oh So Pretty
The Card Concept #37: Butterfly Effect (Inspiration Photo)
Fusion Challenge: Sketch & Inspiration Photo

I'm off to make more stuff.  I hope you have a wonderful day, celebrating the fathers in your lives.

Hugs!

You're The Bestest

Hello friends!

Happy Mother's Day!  After a chaotic week at work, I was blessed to be pampered by my lovely daughter, with a pedicure at our favorite spa.  She also cleaned the house all on her own, and made my mother and I breakfast this morning.  Sure do love my girl!  After weeks of long hours, and tons of weekend events, I was happy to finally get some time to be craft today.  Here is the card I made.

I really love the simplicity of this card, even with the layered flower piece.  The distressed cover up, and the ombre ink leaves are gorgeous.  I'm excited to finally use some of the goodies I'd accumulated, but hadn't had the opportunity to use.  If all goes well, I hope to have another something crafty for you this week.  We'll see how things go though.  I'm going to submit my card for the following challenges.

The Pink Elephant #297:  Appreciation/Thank You
City Crafter Challenge #260:  Mood Board/Inspiration Photo (I was inspired by the colors)
Papertake Weekly: Anything Goes
Simon's Wednesday Challenge: Let's Get Sentimental
Can You Case It #69:  Sketch (my loose interpretation)
The Paper Players #244:  Lost Lagoon, Sahara Sand & Pistachio Pudding (I tried to get as close as I could)

Stay crafty my friends!

With Gratitude

Hi y'all!

I had some errands to run, so I took this afternoon off.  I'm still technically working from my cell phone, but at least I get to spend a little bit of time at home, so I can post my card. :-)

I wanted to join in on a couple more challenges, so here is what I put together last night.  I like it!

I have to admit, it's hard not to want to put a shaker on everything these days. lol  I think it's fitting for this sketch though.  I love the embossed vellum too.  I think it adds just the right touch.  There are lots of new, to me, goodies on this card.  And I am thrilled that my WPlus9 flowers turned out as well as they did.  Not bad for my first attempt, eh?  I will be dropping this in the mail for a dear friend, who is always there for me.  I hope she likes it.  I will also be entering this for the following challenges.

The Challenge #29:  Sketch
Butterfly Reflections, Ink: April Mood Board (dark blue, light blue, green and gold - inspiration photo)
Papertake Weekly: Anything Goes
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: April Shower and/or Spring Flowers (I went with flowers)

I'm off to get my taxes done (insert unhappy face), and then I'm going to take my daughter to dinner.  I will be back soon with another something crafty.  I hope you have a wonderful day!

Hugs!

CASE-ing Christmas Challenge #10

Greetings!

How's your week been?  It's been pretty crazy for me, work wise, but everything else seems to be going pretty well.  I'm hoping to spend some time in my crafty room again this weekend.  It's supposed to be in the 30's all weekend, which is like a heat wave for us, so I may decide to go play outside instead. lol

Anyway, onto this weeks new CASE-ing Christmas challenge.  This week we are CASEing another one of Mynn's cards.  I love the simplicity of it, and her use of washi tape.

Here is my interpretation.

I went with the same basic layout, and changed it up slightly.  I love the CAS look of this, and the washi tape heart turned out better than I thought it would.  I think I'm going to create another of these, but only use the red and white candy stripe washi tape.  I think I'm in love with it.  I'm going to enter my card for the following challenges.

Merry Monday #148: Use Red & Green
One Layer Christmas Card Challenge #5: Anything Goes (hoping this is close enough to one layer)
Papertake Weekly: Anything Goes

I do hope you'll head over to the challenge blog to see the other wonderful cards that are posted.  I'll be back soon with another something crafty.

Hugs!

Happy Birthday

Good Saturday to all!

Thanks for stopping by today.  I hope everyone has had a good week, and will get lots of crafty time, to make stuff this weekend.  It's another freezing weekend here, but that's ok.  I'm going to stay indoors, until we head to see the bull riding later tonight.  I haven't been to anything like that in years.  I'm sure it will be a blast!

I was excited to pick up some more MFT goodies recently, and wanted to play with them immediately.  Here is the card I made.  Love how this turned out!

The colors are bright and cheerful, and go very well, set against the kraft cardbase.  I'm thinking these dies are going to be used frequently.  I love how unique they are.  You could combine all kinds of colors and patterns.  The ideas are floating around in my head like crazy now.  I'm going to send this to one of my male friends, for his birthday.  It's masculine, right? lol  I'm going to submit this card for the following challenges also.

Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Anything Goes
Papertake Weekly: Take Your Pick (I chose the product theme, kraft)
Colour Me #60: Tempting Turquoise, Melon Mambo, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Deligh & Neutral
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes
Seize The Birthday: Masculine

That's all for me.  I'm off to do laundry, and try to make another something crafty, for fun.  I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Monochromatic Birthday

Hiya!

It was another freezing weekend here in NW Iowa, so I was excited that I didn't have any plans or errands to run outdoors.  Instead, I got to spend the weekend in my craft room, making stuff.  Here is the first card I have to share with you.

I absolutely love this card, although this is attempt #4.  I couldn't get the idea in my head, to cooperate with my hands. lol  Finally, I masked the oval and the butterflies in the center, for an easy (almost) one layer card, added some twine and flowers and was done with it.  It's my attempt to get more comfortable, and better, at the CAS type of cards.  I hope the recipient of this card likes it.  I am excited to combine the following challenges in my card.

Seize The Birthday: Birthday w/optional toppings of hearts and/or arrows (there are hearts on my butterfly wings)
Addicted To CAS #57: Mask
Papertake Weekly: Bingo - I chose blooms, free spot & ribbon (I used twine)
CASology #134: Monochrome
CAS(E) This Sketch #111: Sketch
Show CASe Your Style #9: Birthday

I'll be back soon with another something crafty.  I hope you have a wonderful week!

Hugs!

CASE-ing Christmas Challenge #5

Greetings!

Thanks for stopping by again.  I apologize, but this post is going to be short and sweet.  Somehow I forgot to set my alarm, and I overslept. lol

It's time for another CASE-ing Christmas challenge. Here is this weeks card, created by Mynn.  Love the colors...

And here is my card.

As I mentioned above, I LOVE the colors that Mynn chose for her card, so I went in that direction this time.  I also attempted to keep it pretty simple.  I just got this Memory Box ornament die and really like the detail it has.  And, even though I'm not a fan of glitter, I love the glitter paper I saw Jennifer McGuire use on one of her cards and had to try it out.  It's fantastic!  It adds lots of sparkle, and you don't get glitter on anything.  Win/win for me!  I'm going to enter my card for the following challenges.

The Pink Elephant #283: Anything Goes
Papertake Weekly: Take Your Pick (I chose the sketch, this is my loose interpretation)
Simon Says Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes

I have to run, as I'm going to be late for work.  I do hope you'll check out what everyone has created for you this week.  I'm hoping to get some crafty time in this weekend, so that I can share another card with you soon.  Also, don't forget to stop back on Wednesday, to see what my excitement has been about lately. :-)

Have a wonderful weekend!

CASE-ing Christmas Challenge #3

Greetings!

It's time for challenge #3 over at the CASE-ing Christmas challenge blog.  I have to admit, I'm really happy that I'm on this DT.  It has renewed my crafty mojo, and I am building up my Christmas card stash, just like I wanted.  Here is this weeks card that we were to CASE.  It was created by Judy.  Isn't it fun?

And here is my card.

For this card, I also chose to use the layout.  I changed up the colors, and am quite pleased at how it turned out.  I love the non-traditional look of the light blue with the red, set against the pop of black.  I realized something while creating this card.  I have a new love affair with wet embossing.  I'm not sure why I hadn't really used it much.  It's so cool!  The tree on my card was embossed in silver, and then I added a few gold sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.  Instead of a greeting, I added some luscious red chevron twill ribbon from Pretty Pink Posh as well.  I am going to submit my card for the following challenges.

Papertake Weekly: It's All New (the papers and stamp are new)

I do hope you'll head over to the challenge blog to see what everyone has created for you today.  Hopefully, something will inspire you to create a card, and join in the fun this week.  I hope to be back soon, with another card.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Birthday!

Hiya!

How is everyone doing?  It has been a very long week for me.  We had three blizzards roll through our area, got tons of snow, work is crazy and my mom slipped on the ice and fell and broke her leg.  School was closed for two days, and they had a two hour late start the other two.  R and Hulk went home last Saturday, which is probably a great thing, because I have a feeling they'd be stuck here had they waited even one more day.  I can't remember a time when I've ever been this cold.  I just can't seem to warm up, no matter how many layers I've got on. lol

Anyway, I was hoping to get my Valentine's started, but it just didn't happen.  I did, however, get a fun birthday card done last night.  Here it is...

I love the fun, bright colors and patterns on this card.  I've been trying my luck at heat embossing on vellum lately.  It's an awesome look, but I can't figure out how to not warp my paper a bit.  Any suggestions would be helpful.  I am in love with sequins now too, but "randomly" placing them is so much more difficult than it seems, for me.  I spent a lot of time trying to make these look random. lol  I have a friend who will be celebrating her 35th in a couple weeks, so I'm going to send this to her.  I hope she likes it.  I'm going to submit this for the following challenges.

Sketch For You To Try #20: Sketch
Seize The Birthday: Birthday
Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Old & New (I used older stamps and dies I've had in my stash, with new dies and sequins)
Papertake Weekly Challenge: Anything Goes
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Something New (New dies and sequins)

I'll be back soon, with another something crafty.  On Friday, I have another CASE-ing Christmas card for you, and in February and March, I've got some very exciting things going on.  I hope you'll check back regularly, for all of the fun stuff. :-)

Have a wonderful day!

Rejoice

Hello, hello!

Yesterday was a hot and humid day here, so I stayed indoors, and made stuff. :-)  The girls went to the pool for the last time this year, and came back looking like lobsters. lol  I'm glad my daughters sunburn will turn into a nice tan, but feel bad for her BFF, who will stay bright red and then just peel.  Poor girl.

Here is the next card I would like to share with you.

When I saw the colors for the newest Color Throwdown challenge, I knew immediately that I wanted to play along.  Then the new Freshly Made Sketch was posted, and I decided I wanted to make another non-traditional Christmas card.  Love it!

I've combined the following challenges in my card today.

The Cutting Edge #8: DT Inspiration (I flipped the sketch to accommodate the card posted)
Color Throwdown #306: Night of Navy, Pale Plum & Pear Pizzazz
Freshly Made Sketches #150: Sketch
Papertake Weekly: To Die For

I'm off to fix a few meals for this week, and then read up on my new toy, a Keurig for my office.  I'm excited that I won't have to walk across the parking lot for coffee anymore.  It's already annoying to do that when I have to use the restroom. lol

I hope ya'll have a great day!

Adore You

Hola!

Happy Humpday ya'll!  As you read this, I am sitting in my second day of mandatory QA training, and I'm just having a blast! *insert sarcasm*  Unfortunately, it's required that all Rembrandt employees be certified, so this is what I'll be doing for the rest of this week.  Hopefully, I'll pass my test, so I can be certified.  I don't really want to have to do this again. lol

I made this card last night, and really like the simplicity of it.

The crumpled paper flower was purchased from rettajane on Etsy.  She makes these, and they're beautiful!  Very good quality.  So, I wanted to emboss the patterned paper, but after I did that you couldn't really see the embossing for the pattern itself.  I decided to go over the embossed dots with my sander, and this is the result.  I LOVE IT!  In real life, it looks like the dots are magnified.  It's really cool.  Not sure why I hadn't thought of this idea before, but now I'm going to try it again. :-)

I'm happy to enter this into the following challenges.

Seize The Sketch #26: Sketch (my loose interpretation, I flipped it)
The Paper Players #208: Calypso Coral, Blushing Bride, Hello Honey & Basic Gray
Papertake Weekly: Spots & Dots

I will be back soon with another something crafty.

Have a great day!

All of My Love

Greetings!

It's been a busy week, but I have managed to get some crafty time in.  I'm excited that tomorrow's Friday, but my goodness, time sure is going by VERY quickly!  In two weeks from today, I'll be basking in the breathtaking views with my favorite girl.  We're headed to the Denver area for a nice, extended weekend getaway, with my mom, sister and brother in law.  I can't wait to see her face when she sees the mountains.  This is her first trip to Colorado, and I sure hope she loves it as much as I do.  Maybe I can talk her into applying to the University of Colorado? *crossing my fingers*

Anyway, here is a card I put together before bed the other night.

I'm not a huge pink fan, but I really wanted to use the floral paper, that I've been hoarding for a couple years now.  Everything came together rather easily.  I like how it turned out, and now I've got another card for my stash.  I've combined the following challenges in my card today:

Mojo Monday #301 - Sketch
ODBDSLC161 - Love, Wedding or Anniversary
Papertake Weekly - Old, New, Borrowed or Blue (my patterned papers are old, but the die cut is a new die I just got)
Kaboodle Blog #179 - Anything French (the green background stamp on one of the panels is the French Script stamp from SU!)

I was excited to find out that I was chosen as a Pals Paper Arts Pick.  Thanks a bunch!

I'm off to watch a movie and hang out with my girl, before heading to bed early.  I'm exhausted and I have an early conference call in the morning.  I hope all of you have a wonderful evening!

Hugs!

Happy Birthday!

Hello!

How are y'all today?  I'm glad it's Wednesday, and I have tomorrow off.  I plan on being a total bum, playing with my new Simon Says Stamp goodies.  If anyone needs me, I'll be in my room. lol

I'm totally excited that the House of Cards challenge blog is up and running, as of Monday.  My cards aren't due until the third week of each month, but I am going to try to create a card each week this month, to show my support.  Here is what I created for week #1.

There is an awesome photo posted, with a fantastic color combo, that is very fitting for this holiday week.  The theme is Cute & Fun.  I'm hoping I pulled it off well enough.  I'm not much of a cute and fun person, but I dig how this turned out, and I've got another card for the card box. Yay! :o)

I've also combined the following challenge in my card:

Kaboodle Doodles #178 - Flag Colors (USA is red, white & blue)
Craft Your Passion #169 - Red, White & Blue
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
ODBDSLC160 - Patriotic - Red, White & Blue

I do hope you'll head over and check out the challenge.  There are some fabulous cards posted by the DT.  Maybe you'll be supportive too, and join us?

Have a great 4th of July holiday weekend!
Hugs!

XOXO

Hi y'all!

Happy Humpday!  I'm SO glad today is Wednesday and we've only got two days left to go, before I get to sleep in.  If only we had more days in the weekend, I'd be a happy, happy girl. lol  I'm sad to say that we didn't make it to the College World Series after all, due to my having to work on Saturday.  Boo!  My daughter, being the amazing young woman she is, just blew it off and decided that she'd be happy if we went to see Man of Steel instead.  I was more than happy to oblige.  It's a GREAT movie, by the way, for any of you who are unsure of seeing it.  A lot better than I expected anyway.  The new Superman (Henry Cavill) is very nice to look at, especially when he's without a shirt. lol  Anyway, I made a card this morning.  Here's what I came up with.

I am trying to do the CAS thing again.  I wanted something simple, but not boring.  Thank goodness that my distress inks were able to help me accomplish my goal.  I embossed the back panel with the Tim Holtz rays embossing folder, and really like how it turned out.  I made this for a very dear friend, I met through blogging, who's always been there for me.  I do hope she enjoys it.

I've combined the following challenges in my card today:

Just Add Ink #169 - Inspiration Photo
Papertake Weekly - Hot, Hot, Hot (It is kind of a stretch, but I'm hoping Rays embossing folder fits this challenge)
Inky Chicks Challenge #6 - Love
SCRS Challenge #107 - Inspiration Photo
Without Words June Challenge - Hot Colors

I just found out this morning that I had received this:

For THIS card I made last week.  I'm totally stoked to be a Dynamic Darling!

That's all for me today.  I'm headed to work, and then to my daughters softball game this evening.  Have a wonderful day!

Hugs!

Father's Day

Hey y'all!

So, how about one more card to finish out the week? :o)

My best friend Drew is celebrating his first Father's Day, and I wanted to make sure I sent him a card in honor of this.  I wanted to keep it simple, yet make an impact.  This is what I came up with.

I got this sentiment from last weeks Word Art Wednesday Challenge, but I didn't get the chance to use it.  I printed it on cream cardstock, then inked it while still in my die.  You can't see it in the photo, but I outlined the inside of the die with my clear glitter pen, which gives it a sparkly brown colored frame when combined with the distress ink.  It looks awesome in real life.  I do hope my friend likes his card.

I've combined the following challenges in my card:

Kaboodle Doodles #175 - For Your Favorite Guy
Papertake Weekly - Hello Boys
Use It Tuesday #57 - Masculine (The patterned paper has been in my stash forever)
ODBDSLC158 - Masculine/Father's Day

Here are a couple pics of Drew and his son.  I was lucky enough to get to see them while I was in Dallas over Memorial Day weekend.  Aren't they both adorbs?!  And yep, I'm pretty sure Shade is going to be a ginger as well, even though he had a full head of black hair when he was born. lol

That's it for me.  I'm off to finish up my week of chaos and then head out for the weekend with my favorite girl.  I hope all of you have a wonderful weekend!

Hugs!

FYI Challenge #46

Hello peeps!

It's the second Thursday of the month, which brings us our next FYI challenge.  This weeks photo are lovely Aspen trees.  Check it out!

I love Aspen trees!  They make me long for Colorado.  I was first introduced to them when I lived there years ago.  So, how are you inspired by the photo?  Here is what I came up with.

This card is also different than normal for me.  I wasn't really sure where I was going with, so I just gathered some supplies I wanted to use, and winged it.  I am happy with the result, but am not sure I like winging it. lol  I've also combined the following challenges in my card.

Kaboodle Doodles Challenge #171 - Use ribbon and at least one button. (I hope they don't mind I chose twine instead of ribbon this time)
Papertake Weekly - The Sound of Music
Use It Tuesday Challenge #55 - You Can't Touch This (I broke out the musical washi tape, and the blue and yellow patterned paper I had been hoarding.)

Papercraft Star Challenge #115

Howdy!

I hope you're having a good week!  It's been nice and quiet around here, and I've slept better the last two days, than I have in a while.  I'm not sure why, but I'll take it! lol  I'm also super excited, as I will be home visiting my mother this weekend.  It's been a rough couple months, and sometimes I just want my mom.  Any of you feel that way too?

Anyway, I have another crafty project to share with you.  The theme this week at Papercraft Star is:

Anything Goes!

I wasn't sure what I wanted to to with this weeks challenge.  I'm itching to put together a project that isn't a card or layout, but all of my stuff for that is still in storage.  Unfortunately, I procrastinated too long with trying to figure out what to do, that I had to create another card.  This is my result.

I've had this THATB digi printed out, and sitting on my desk, for a while.  I've wanted to incorporate it into just about everything I've made this week, but ultimately, it was waiting for today's card.  I love the digitals provided by THATB.  They're so easy to work with, and they're all gorgeous!  I paired it with some rich fall colors, bakers twine, leaves and a pin and called it done.  It's cute and I have another card for my stash.  I've combined the following challenges in my card today also.

Crazy 4 Challenges #156 - Leaves
Speedy Fox Friends Challenge #127 - Circles
Kaboodle Doodles #139 - Colors of Autumn
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes

That's all for me today.  I'm off to work, and then off to Bible study.  I'm still getting adjusted to my new eating habits, and I hate drinking all of the water the doc says is healthy, but I guess it's not terrible.  We'll see how long I stay this determinded.  It's been a rough two days.

Anyway, I hope you have a great day!

Papercraft Star Challenge #107

Hi everyone!!

I hope you're having a good week!  It's Wednesday and that means I have another Papercraft Star challenge for you.  This week we're to incorporate fruit in our projects.  For all of the details, click HERE.

To be honest, I had a difficult time getting my idea out of my head and onto my card.  I'm spotlighting a couple of digis from The House Across The Bay, and I wanted to really do them justice.  I used #112 - Oriental Backgrounds, and #128 - Vibrant Grunge Squares.  I'll post them below, so you can see them.  They're beautiful!  I think I did ok, but my card didn't turn out anything like how I pictured it in my head.  I do think my butterfly looks awesome though.  I actually colored with my Copics and love it.  I think I've decided that I'll just use my Copics and color however I feel like coloring, whether or not there is shading and depth.  Maybe just the fact that I'm using them more often will get me into wanting to use them more and more.  Anyway, I added my sentiment, and some bling, and was done with everything.  I'm going to give this to a friend who needs some cheering up.  She's kind of going through a rough spot.  Hope she likes it!  I've also combined the following challenges in my card.  Love when I can do that!

That Craft Place Challenge Blog - Things With Wings
Stampalot Challenge August - Take Flight
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Ooh La La Creations Challenge #111 - Oriental

I do hope you get the chance to head over and see the gorgeous projects posted by the other designers, and maybe play along with this weeks challenge. :)

I'm off to work, and then tonight I get to see some friends.  We've been busy with work and other stuff, and I haven't seen them for a while.  It will be great to hang out with them again.

Have a wonderful day!
Hugs!
